Le DL-tryptophane, numéro CAS 54-12-6, est un acide α-aminé couramment utilisé dans la synthèse des protéines.C’est un précurseur essentiel d’acides aminés pour la formation de sérotonine, de mélatonine et de vitamine B3.

DL-Tryptophan is an amino acid precursor of serotonin and melatonin. It is a dietary supplement for use as an antidepressant, anxiolytic, and sleep aid. DL-tryptophan also can be used as feed nutrition enhancer, antioxidants.

Applications

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau 10 g/L (20°C), Hcl et alcalis. Peu soluble dans l’alcool.

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Les matières incompatibles sont les agents oxydants forts, les acides forts.
