Description

Tetraisopropyl methylenediphosphonate is used in the preparation of AZT 5’-Triphosphate compounds which display inhibitory effects on HIV-1 reverse transcrpitase. It is also used in the preparation of E2-bisphosphonate conjugates.

Applications
Le tétrisopropylméthylènediphosphonate est utilisé dans la préparation de composés AZT 5’-Triphosphate qui présentent des effets inhibiteurs sur la transcriptase inverse du VIH-1. Il est également utilisé dans la préparation des conjugués de E2-bisphosphonate.
