Applications
La résinifératoxine, un puissant stimulateur semblable à la capsaïcine des nocicepteurs périphériques dans la queue d’un rat nouveau-né in vitro. La résinifératoxine est utilisée comme un anti-inflammatoire, un anti-viral et un anti-psoriasique. L’ester diterpénique lié au phorbol mais apparemment non tumorigène active la protéine kinase C.

Soluble dans le DMSO à 100 mM et à 50 mM dans l’éthanol
Remarques
La résinifératoxine (RTX) est susceptible de ralentir la dégradation si elle est exposée à l’air. Même à -20°C, stocker dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Température de stockage recommandée : -20°C. Conserver dans un endroit sec. Tenir à l’écart des agents oxydants forts. La RTX doit être stockée dans une atmosphère inerte pour une stabilité à long terme.
