Inhibiteur de la topoisomérase II

Topoisomerase II inhibitorNovobiocin sodium salt is effective an antistaphylococcal agent used in the treatment of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). It is also used to inhibit the activity of retroviral RNA-dependent DNA polymerase as well as inhibitor of bacterial DNA gyrase and eukaryotic DNA topoisomerase.

Applications
Le sel de sodium de novobiocine inhibiteur de la topoisomérase II est un agent antistaphylococcal utilisé dans le traitement contre les Staphylococcus aureus résistant à la méthicilline (SARM). Il est également utilisé pour inhiber l’activité de l’ADN polymérase dépendante de l’ARN rétroviral ainsi que comme inhibiteur de l’ADN gyrase bactérien et de l’ADN topoisomérase eucaryote.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau à 100 mg/ml. Également soluble dans l’éthanol ou DMSO soluble dans l’eau, l’éthanol, le diméthylsulfoxyde et le méthanol.

Remarques
Usage exclusivement réservé à la recherche : Non destiné à un usage diagnostique ou thérapeutique chez l’animal ou l’humain. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants.
