Description

Laemmli SDS sample buffer is used for protein sample preparation to be used in the Laemmli SDS-PAGE system, The SDS detergent denatures the proteins and subunits and gives each an overall negative charge so that each will separate based on size. The bromophenol blue serves as a dye front that runs ahead of the proteins and also serves to make it easier to see the sample during loading.

• Le tampon d’échantillon SDS Laemmli contient plusieurs composés, dont 375 mM de Tris-HCl (pH 6,8), 9 % de SDS, 50 % de glycérol, 9 % de β-mercaptoéthanol, 0,03 % de bleu de bromophénol
• Le composé SDS présent dans le tampon d’échantillon SDS Laemmli se lie de façon non covalente aux protéines.Le SDS est chargé négativement et peut masquer la charge intrinsèque de la protéine qu’il lie

Application

• Le tampon d’échantillon SDS Laemmli est utilisé pour dénaturer les protéines et pour la préparation d’échantillons de protéines à utiliser dans le système SDS-PAGE
• Ce tampon d’échantillon est utilisé comme colorant électrophorétique pour la dénaturation des protéines et la surveillance de l’avant du gel de migration
• Il est également utilisé pour l’analyse du gel protéique de polyacrylamide
