Description

D-Epoxone is a chemical reagent used for enantioselective epoxidation of alkenes. It is involved in the synthesis of Irciniastatin (A and B), which are used as antitumor compounds. It is used as cytotoxic secondary metabolite.

Applications
L’époxone-D est un réactif chimique utilisé pour l’époxydation énantiosélective des alcènes. Elle est impliquée dans la synthèse de l’irciniastatine (A et B), qui sont utilisées comme composés antitumoraux. Elle est utilisée comme métabolite cytotoxique secondaire.

Solubilité
Soluble dans le chloroforme et le méthanol.

Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants forts.
