Amberlite XAD-7 is used in chromatography media, enzyme immobilization and water purification. It is also used in the removal of relatively polar compounds from non aqueous solvents, non-aromatic compounds from polar solvent, recovery of plant extracts, antibiotics, enzymes and proteins.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. The original Alfa Aesar product / item code or SKU reference has not changed as a part of the brand transition to Thermo Scientific Chemicals.

Applications
L’Amberlite XAD-7 est utilisé dans les milieux de chromatographie, pour l’immobilisation enzymatique et la purification de l’eau. Il est également utilisé pour l’élimination de composés relativement polaires à partir de solvants non aqueux, les composés non aromatiques à partir de solvants polaires, la récupération d’extraits végétaux, d’antibiotiques, d’enzymes et de protéines.

Solubilité
Insoluble dans l’eau.

Remarques
Maintenez le récipient bien scellé. Stocker dans un endroit sec et frais, dans des récipients bien scellés. Incompatible avec les agents oxydants.
