Description

Précurseur de réactifs fluorescents de type coumarine

7-Methoxycoumarin-4-acetic acid is a precursor to coumarin-type fluorescent reagents. It has been uses as fluorescent probe in preparation of two novel LysB29 selectively labeled fluorescent derivatives of human insulin, in the preparation of cell-penetrating peptide transportan 10 (tp10) and as fluorescent label for peptides.

Applications
L’acide 7-méthoxycoumarine-4-acétique est un précurseur des réactifs fluorescents de type coumarine. Il a été utilisé comme sonde fluorescente dans la préparation de deux nouveaux dérivés marqués de façon sélective par fluorescence de l’insuline humaine LysB29, dans la préparation du peptide pénétrant dans les cellules transportan 10 (tp10) et comme étiquette fluorescente pour les peptides.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’acétone et le diméthylsulfoxyde.
